The Rodriguez family have been in the specialty coffee industry since 1986. Pioneering the way for many other Bolivian farmers, the Rodriguez's have dedicated their lives to producing the best coffee they can. They are constantly learning and innovating, always looking for new ways to produce a better cup of coffee. They have spent years cultivating their processing techniques and it is very evident in the cup. This coffee, processed as a coco natural, is a collection harvested from their family farms including both caturra and java varieties.
